Hurdles Veterinary Physiotherapy will collect personal data to enable us to provide a thorough veterinary physiotherapy service. This will be collected either verbally, electronically via email or other forms of messaging (such as mobile phone messaging).
This data will only be shared with your animals’ Veterinary Practice to obtain consent for treatment as it is a legal requirement that anyone treating an animal must have veterinary permission to do so. A veterinary physiotherapy report may be sent to your veterinary surgeon but your permission will be obtained prior to this.
Any personal data will be kept in a password-protected file on a password-protected computer. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we will take all appropriate technical and organisational steps to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, availability and authenticity of your data and the information we collect.
This information allows Hurdles Veterinary Physiotherapy to create individually prescribe treatment plans and exercise programmes for each client as well as ensuring our site is efficient in producing the information you require and user-friendly.
